Rates
My direct pay rate is $130 (individual) $160 (couples) per 60 -minute session. Before getting started, I am happy to arrange a free 15-20 minute call to get a sense of our fit. If you plan to submit for out-of-network reimbursement from your insurance company, I can provide superbills on a weekly or monthly basis. It's always a good idea to check your plan to verify out-of-network benefits.
Services
With new clients, I prefer to begin with weekly sessions, as this gives us the chance to get to know each other and establish a clear sense of how we will work together. As time goes on, we may decide together to move to biweekly sessions.
I also offer telehealth services to cater to your needs.
